Where we deliver

To Romania and all other European Union member states, by courier.

How much it costs

• Other EU member states, GLS or DPD courier: €9.90 per order
• Romania, SameDay courier: 16 lei; orders from 250 lei: free

How long it takes

5 working days from confirmation of your engraving details, plus the courier's transit time.

The time starts when your details are confirmed, not when you place the order. The reason: your card doesn't exist yet when you order — it is engraved individually with your details. If anything in the details you sent is unclear, we contact you before we start the machine, and the time starts once you reply.

What happens after dispatch

You receive the parcel tracking number by email, sent automatically.

In the parcel you'll find your card, an insert with instructions for use, and your profile address printed on paper — in case someone's phone doesn't read NFC.

Payment

For deliveries to other EU member states, we accept card payment only. Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries within Romania.
