This page answers the question every serious corporate buyer asks: what happens to our 20 cards if you disappear?
The address engraved on the card never changes
Each card contains a short address, in the form nfcrealm.com/c/XXXXX, physically programmed into the chip. It does not contain the person's name and is not tied to the current structure of the website. Where it leads can change at any time; the address cannot.
The practical consequence: we can change the platform, the design or the way profiles work without touching a single card already delivered.
What we guarantee
- We keep the addresses of delivered cards working for at least 3 years from the delivery date. In practice, as long as the business continues, the addresses remain functional with no end date — the 3 years are the minimum we commit to, whatever happens to the company.
- Profile data can be exported at any time, on simple request, in text format.
- The profile can be deleted completely, on request.
- Profile details can be changed at any time, free of charge, within 5 working days of the request.
If we cease trading
We commit to the following procedure, in this order:
- Notice at least 90 days in advance, sent by email to every customer with cards in circulation.
- A full data export, sent to every customer during the same period — the names, contact details and links from each profile, in text format.
- Only after that, deletion of the personal data in the profiles.
The order matters and is part of the commitment: we don't delete anything before notifying you and before you receive your data.
Exception required by law: invoices and accounting documents are kept for 10 years, as required by Romanian accounting legislation, regardless of whether the business has ceased. They do not contain the data from the digital profiles.
